EULA - End User License Agreement

Certificate of License Loadcalc 2014 Trial Version
This Software known as Loadcalc 2014 Trial version, including any associated files and documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international treaty and is a propriety product of NEC Design Software. The use of this Software is also governed by the terms of the Software License Agreement below. Your use of this Software constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

GRANT OF RIGHTS
NEC Design Software grants you the right to use the software for a reasonable period of time (typically 30 days) to evaluate its capabilities. After the evaluation period, you may uninstall the program and stop using it, or, register as a licensed user and receive a license to use the program indefinitely.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not sell or rent or lease the Software, or obtain payment in return for the Software. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Software except as stated in this Agreement. At the end of the evaluation period, you must cease using the program, or you may purchase a licensed copy of the Software fromNEC Design Software.

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Software is issued as-is, with no offer of warranty of any kind. The Software does not carry any inherent technical support provisions.

These warranties are in liew of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall NEC Design Software be liable to you for damages, including any loss of profits, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Software.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limited implied warranties, and some jurisdictions have special statutory consumer protection provisions that may supersede this limitation. As a result, this limitation of liability may not apply to you if prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
